Policies
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 25% charge. No-shows are charged the full first-day amount.
Refund Policy
Security deposits are refunded within 3 business days after vehicle inspection, minus any applicable damage or late-return charges.
Late Return Policy
A grace period of 30 minutes is provided. Beyond that, late returns are charged at 1.5x the applicable hourly rate.
Fuel Policy
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup. Shortfall is charged at prevailing local fuel rates plus a refueling service fee.
KYC Policy
A valid driving license and one government-issued photo ID are mandatory before any vehicle handover.
Extension Policy
Trip extensions are subject to vehicle availability and host approval. Extension charges are calculated at the applicable hourly/daily rate.
Damage & Liability Policy
Customers are liable for damages beyond normal wear and tear. Trip Cover plans reduce or waive this liability as per the selected plan.
